How soon can you get to my property for an inspection?
Depending on the season, we’re usually able to accommodate inspections within 1-7 days (max). Of course, we also want to make sure the time works with your schedule, so we’ll work with you to determine what’s the most convenient.
What manufacturers do you work with?
Depending on the service you choose, we partner with Owens Corning, Atlas, Mastic, James Hardie, Everlast, Alside, LP SmartSide, VinylMax, and Pella. If you have questions about a specific manufacturer, we are happy to discuss with you.
What warranties do you offer?
We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty on all work, as well as a 50-year warranty from our shingle manufacturers. We do not warranty repair work.
Will I have an established point of contact?
Yes, you’ll be well communicated with from your first phone call with our office to your sales representative and production crew. Our owners and project managers carefully supervise all job sites to ensure that standards are met and jobs are completed on time.
