How long has McCormick Renovations been in business?
We’ve been in business for over 30 years, providing reliable roofing, siding, window, and other home exterior services to the Pittsburgh area.
Why should I work with McCormick?
Roofing contractors come and go quite a bit, but McCormick has been established in the industry for 30+ years. But it’s more than quality workmanship and expertise, we believe that you deserve a trustworthy contractor who values customer service and good communication first.
What is your service area?
We operate out of Trafford, PA, but serve Pittsburgh and the surrounding suburbs, including Murrysville, Greensburg, Irwin, Wexford, Monroeville, Fox Chapel, Allison Park, all of Cranberry Township, and more.
Do you offer financing?
We understand that home improvement projects don’t always fall at convenient times, which is why we partner with Service Finance to offer affordable interest rates, easy monthly payments, and a variety of loan terms.
What manufacturers do you work with?
Depending on the service you choose, we partner with Owens Corning, Atlas, Mastic, James Hardie, Everlast, Alside, LP SmartSide, VinylMax, Wincore, Pella, and Marvin. If you have questions about a specific manufacturer, we are happy to discuss with you.
What services do you offer?
Our home exterior services include roofing, skylights, siding, windows, soffit, fascia, and gutters.
How soon can you get to my property for an inspection?
Depending on the season, we’re usually able to accommodate inspections within 1-7 days (max). Of course, we also want to make sure the time works with your schedule, so we’ll work with you to determine what’s the most convenient.
How long will it take for you to schedule my job?
It depends on the service and the material chosen, as some materials are readily available while others are special order. For roofing jobs, it’s about 2 weeks out, while windows are 3-4 weeks. Siding jobs are very dependent on the material choice.
What warranties do you offer?
We offer a 15-year labor warranty on all work, as well as a 50-year warranty from our shingle manufacturers. We do not warranty repair work.
Will I have an established point of contact?
Yes, you’ll be well communicated with from your first phone call with our office to your sales representative and production crew. Our owners and project managers carefully supervise all job sites to ensure that standards are met and jobs are completed on time.
