I am a property manager and investor, and have hired McCormick for several different projects including roofing, gutters, and siding. My experience has always been excellent...great quality workmanship and very fair and competitive pricing!
McCormick Renovations recently replaced my roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit and facia. The entire project was flawless from start to finish! Rob from the sales team was very thorough during his initial visit regarding what needed to be done.
The roofing team was absolutely amazing. The project manager kept me updated throughout the day making sure everything I wanted done was being addressed. I was so impressed with the things they did that you don’t typically see from other contractors. I was extremely impressed with the double layered flashing and the little extensions they add to aid in water runoff. The roof which came with a 50 year warranty on material and workmanship was completed in a day. The crew didn’t stop until it was done.
A few days afterwards a different crew that specialized in the installation of the gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia arrived. Again the project manager was on hand to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. Just like the roofing crew this team was just as amazing. They were so particular in the their installation and again added a few modifications to aid in water drainage.
I’ve received multiple compliments on the finished product. If you’re contemplating a roof replacement or an exterior upgrade I would highly recommend reaching out to them. They are really top notch!

McCormick did an amazing job replacing my gutters. They were very knowledgeable and I appreciated their recommendations. Fantastic experience. Great price too! I’m very happy with my new gutters.
We love our new windows! This is our third project completed by McCormick Renovations and we couldn't be happier. Every step went smoothly...from meeting Steve to review the project, communicating easily with the office and the fantastic installation crew that completed everything right on schedule. Our house has never looked better.
We had some siding come off our house. Although it wasn’t a big job, they quickly responded we were very pleased with their work.
